Line-level Behavior Statistic List

We list all the line-level behavior statistics computed and link to summaries of the measured values for each statistic across all GAL4 lines screened. Line-level behavior statistics are computed by combining and averaging per-frame features and behavior classifications across frames, flies, and videos collected for the GAL4 line. Below each line-level statistic, we include definitions of the relevant per-frame features, behaviors, frame conditions, and fly conditions.

• absangle2wall_move: Average absangle2wall for all flies and frames classified as move.
  absangle2wall: Absolute value of angle to closest point on the arena wall from animal's center, relative to the animal's orientation.
  move: Frames in which the flies are not detected to be stopped.
